Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@aviationheritagepark.com. Return approval is dependent on the following:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused or unworn, with all tags and packaging
- You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package.Â
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be posted by your bank or credit card company.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at shop@aviationheritagepark.com so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a return or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
